Our Story
Upscale was founded by Dieynaba Ouattara, a passionate advocate for digital transformation. With over a decade of experience in ERP implementation across North America, working with both clients and SAP partners, Dieynaba recognized a significant gap in the availability of skilled ERP resources. Her experience also includes collaborating with institutions like the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the United Nations, which further broadened her global perspective on technological development and inclusive growth.
This realization led her to return to West Africa with a mission: to build a talented team of ERP professionals who could support North American and European partners in delivering projects at a highly competitive rate. By doing so, Upscale not only helps partners reduce costs and enhance project efficiency but also contributes to job creation and economic growth in West Africa.

Dieynaba Ouattara is an ERP specialist, SAP Certified Application Associate, and PMP-certified project manager with over 15 years of experience in ERP implementation, digital transformation, and business process optimization. She has led ERP projects across North America, Europe, and Africa, working with clients and SAP partners to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Dieynaba has also collaborated with global institutions like the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the United Nations, where she played a key role in digital transformation initiatives.
